Early intervention for children ages 3–5 — building healthy oral habits through fun, engaging games during the most important stages of growth and development.
Children often show early warning signs years before bigger problems appear. Does your little one show any of these?
Catching these patterns early supports healthier growth, better sleep, and stable orthodontic outcomes later.
Our Mini Myo Program is specially designed for children between the ages of 3–5 years old, focusing on building healthy oral habits during the most important stages of growth and development. Through fun, engaging games and age-appropriate activities, we help children develop proper oral rest posture, nasal breathing, tongue awareness, and healthy muscle function in a positive and supportive environment.
The goal of this early intervention program is to lay the foundation for healthy facial growth, optimal airway development, improved sleep quality, and lifelong wellness. By encouraging proper breathing and oral function at an early age, we can help reduce the risk of future complications related to orofacial myofunctional disorders.
This program also emphasizes early identification of underlying causes of dysfunction. When needed, we work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and provide referrals to the appropriate specialists, including ENT physicians, speech therapists, and tongue tie release providers, to ensure every child receives comprehensive and individualized care.

The sessions feel like play to my daughter, but we can see real change — she keeps her lips closed now and sleeps so much better.
Our son went from a noisy, restless sleeper to breathing quietly through his nose every night. The change in his focus and mood during the day has been remarkable.
I finally understood why years of orthodontics kept relapsing. Dr. Nermeen explained everything clearly and the exercises actually fit into my daily routine.
